Our Themes for 2010 are: healthy eating, space, in the jungle, opposites, favourite stories/rhymes, insects, on the farm and holidays. We also concentrate on different colours with each theme. Try out our smelly paint, catch our magic bubbles, paint, touch, feel and listen as you create a masterpiece. Lots of games and fun mixed in with craft and art. |

Under the SA Curriculum Standards, they believe “an environment rich in sensory experiences, young children use their curiosity to explore, discover and construct understandings. Play experiences with sand, water, mud, clay, paint, natural materials, fabrics and objects invite children to touch, feel, observe, listen, smell, discover, enjoy and learn” |

Each class provides your child with structured activities which you can take home and treasure. One of these will be a 4-6 week project which stays in class and develops each week. There will be lots of free play time with textures, senses, cutting, painting and molding. |

 Splodge Workshops |

If you are a community Centre or OSCH and would like to book splodge for a craft workshop at your place - please contact us. The following workshops have been very popular in the past however we are happy to accommodate any theme you may have running. We will usually make 3 or 4 different projects in the 2 hours and will break half time with a game. Discounts apply for organizations. |

- Re-Cycling (enviro bags and projects from re-cycled materials)
- Cool for Kids (includes t-shirt art)
- Circus (clown puppets, juggling balls etc)
- Seaside beach fun (sand art etc)
- Flying high (mobiles, handing sun catchers)
- Creeping and crawling (bugs, butterflies etc)
- Sports (tshirts, team pencil bugs etc)
- Dreamy day (for girls – cushions dreamcatchers etc
- Healthy eating workshop – includes fruit scented paint, fruit and veg craft and an “eat your vegetables” puppet show
